在与会的部分副会长看来，创新不足和市场拓展力度不够是制约我国麻纺织行业的关键。技术上的突破和创新非常重要。国内化纤之所以快速发展，是因为其不断有创新性的成果被研发，有差异化的产品进入市场。那么，为何麻纺织行业就缺少差异化的产品呢？这说明麻纺企业创新研发的力度还不够。市场是根据需求不断变化的，纺纱技术创新、生产技术创新、环保创新、终端差异化产品创新，这些都决定了麻纺织产品在市场上的表现。
