恺英网络周四午间公告称，公司接到实际控制人、董事长、总经理王悦及其一致行动人、董事、常务副总经理冯显超的通知，基于对公司基本面及对未来发展的充足信心，王悦与冯显超于2016年6月15日通过深圳证券交易所证券交易系统在二级市场增持公司股份共计25.33万股，约占公司总股本的0.0374%。公告显示，本次增持后，王悦持有公司股份1.49亿股，占公司总股本比例21.9937%；冯显超持有公司股份8429.79万股，占公司总股本比例12.4554%。

这个时间段封死涨停的股票，其强度值当然逊于以上三个等级的股票，但它毕竟还是属于早盘涨停的股票，临盘时同样具有参与的价值，其中高开的幅度越大、这个时间段涨停的越早参与的价值也便越大。
