安硕信息 14日披露，公司因涉嫌误导性陈述，证监会拟对其行政处罚。令人疑惑的是，15日开盘，安硕信息股价低开高走，并于上午封于涨停板。安硕信息公告称，公司于2015年8月14日收到证监会调查通知书，并于2016年6月14日收到证监会《行政处罚事先告知书》(下称“公告书”)，安硕信息涉嫌误导性陈述一案，已由证监会调查完毕，证监会依法拟对安硕信息作出行政处罚。
