不过，公司称，自公司进入重大资产重组程序以来，公司及公司聘请的中介机构积极推进本次重大资产重组工作。公司会同被收购方及相关中介机构进行了多次协商，就关键合作条件进行了深入讨论和沟通。经反复洽谈，公司与交易对方在重组标的估值问题上未能达成一致意见，且难以在较短时间内形成具体可行的方案继续推进本次重大资产重组，且申报文件准备等相关事项无法在规定期限内达成一致或协调完成。公司从保护全体股东利益以及维护市场稳定出发，经慎重考虑，决定终止本次重组事项。
